The YKK fastener of the LB-RH series can be a key element of your product.
It has a simple design with a curved surface and side opening, allowing one-handed operation and avoiding accidental opening.
Backpacks, belts, collars, bags, cases, suitcases, bracelets can be created using this universal fitting.
On the one hand (“mother”), this fastex has one slot through which it is sewn to the belt tape.
On the other side (“father”) of the fastex, there are two slots into which the belt tape is threaded with the possibility of adjustment.
Fasteks LB16RH fits under the tape (sling) 16 mm wide. Fastex design guarantees strength and durability.
Fastex material – acetal (ROM).
Acetal (Polyoxymethylene) is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material that is characterized by excellent tensile strength, rigidity, surface hardness and chemical resistance.
Acetal has excellent flexural memory and retention of properties when subjected to repeated loading.
The physical properties of this plastic remain unchanged over a wide range of temperatures, relative humidity and weather conditions.
Normal short-term temperature range of its use: – 40° C to + 132° C
