The LB-PTD series YKK fastener features a streamlined shape and high tear strength. Ideal for outdoor use.
Buckle with smooth and easy unfastening. An additional fastex rib significantly increases the strength of the hull.
Fasteks LB-PTA fits under the tape (sling) with a width of 20, 25, 38, 50 mm.
The range of application of fastex is quite wide. It can be: backpacks, bananas, bags, belts, covers, suitcases, equipment and other products.
On both sides (“mother” and “father”) of this fastex there are two slots into which the belt tape is threaded with the possibility of adjustment.
Fastex material – acetal (ROM).
Acetal (Polyoxymethylene) is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material that is characterized by excellent tensile strength, rigidity, surface hardness and chemical resistance.
Acetal has excellent flexural memory and retention of properties when subjected to repeated loading.
The physical properties of this plastic remain unchanged over a wide range of temperatures, relative humidity and weather conditions.
The normal short-term temperature range of its use is – 40° C to + 132° C.
