The LB-PTS series YKK fastener features a streamlined shape and high tear strength.
Buckle with smooth and easy unfastening. An additional fastex rib significantly increases the strength of the hull.
Fasteks LB-PTS fits under the tape (sling) with a width of 25, 38 mm.
The range of application of fastex is quite wide. It can be: backpacks, bags, belts, covers, suitcases, equipment and other products.
The belt tape is sewn on both sides of the fastex. Thus, the length of the braid (sling) is regulated only by opening and closing the fastener.
Fastex material – acetal (ROM).
Acetal (Polyoxymethylene) is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material that is characterized by excellent tensile strength, rigidity, surface hardness and chemical resistance.
Acetal has excellent flexural memory and retention of properties when subjected to repeated loading.
The physical properties of this plastic remain unchanged over a wide range of temperatures, relative humidity and weather conditions.
The normal short-term temperature range of its use is – 40° C to + 132° C.
